Who operates this website

Texas Residential Electricity is a residential-focused brand associated with National Utility Management LLC. This policy covers this website, not the third-party comparison or enrollment platform.

Information handled here

This website does not offer customer accounts or collect electricity enrollment details. General inquiries are handled by email. We use National Utility Management’s first-party traffic reporting service to count page visits, referral and contact-link clicks, and completed calculator actions. The service sends the visited page path (without URL query strings), broad device category, referring website domain and campaign labels to the central analytics system hosted at nationalutilitymanagement.com. It does not send calculator entries, bill amounts, names, utility account information or enrollment details as event data. The script does not set analytics cookies; it may use short-lived session storage (up to 30 minutes) for referral attribution and honors supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Recorded analytics events are subject to the central system’s configured 90-, 180- or 365-day retention period. No advertising pixels are installed by this update. Calculator entries are processed in your browser and are not saved or submitted by these tools. Our hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP addresses, timestamps, and browser information to deliver and protect the website.

Links to VeriMeter

VeriMeter is a separate utility-tool site. If you open it, its own privacy information and practices apply. Using a calculator here does not send your inputs or bills to VeriMeter.

Email inquiries

If you email us using the published contact option, we receive the information you choose to send. We use it to respond and handle the inquiry, and may use service providers to operate email and business systems. Do not send Social Security numbers, dates of birth, payment details, or account passwords.

Comparison partner

Comparison links direct you to a third party. Referral identifiers in those links may allow the partner to attribute visits or enrollments to us. The partner’s privacy policy governs its collection, cookies, tracking, and enrollment process. Review that policy before submitting information.

Choices, retention & contact

You can browse this site without submitting personal information. To ask about information you provided by email or request deletion, use our contact page. We retain inquiry correspondence only as needed for the inquiry, legitimate business purposes, and applicable obligations. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law.

Children & changes

This website is intended for adults shopping for household electricity, not children. We may update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top identifies this version.
